UNNIC is preparing to open its doors and is looking for the person to assume the Human Resources Department at this crucial stage of the project. Its mission will be to attract and retain the talent that will make the UNNIC Center a point of reference, not only for its clients but also for its human team.
The main functions will be:
- Give shape in the area of human resources, configuring the team.
- Recruitment of staff for the different areas

- Create the structure and organization of workers, establishment of functions, schedules, etc.

Regarding the requirements, UNNIC requests a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management and, preferably, in some similar sector, in terms of the variety of professional profiles and volume, such as the retail sector, hospitality, ski resorts or others leisure projects
