With the arrival of the month of December, the new snow season begins and the ski slopes are once again the center of attention for lovers of this sport. Thus, homes located near the stations of Ordino Arcalís, Vallnord-Pal Arinsal, Grandvalira, in Andorra, and Baqueira Beret, in the Val d'Aran (Lleida), have the highest sales price to buy, according to data from the Fotocasa real estate portal.


In this way, the Andorran resorts are positioned as the most expensive to buy housing. On the podium is the ski resort of Ordino Arcalís (Andorra), with a price of €4,362/m² -in the case of flats- and €4,001/m² -in the case of houses-. It is followed by Vallnord-Pal Arinsal (Andorra), with a price of €4,360/m² for flats and €3,883/m² for houses. In third place is Grandvalira (Andorra), where houses have a value of €4,344/m². Finally, homes for sale near the Baqueira-Beret station reach a price of €3,132/m² in the case of flats and €3,065/m² in the case of a house.
