US President Joe Biden may visit Poland in the near future - this was announced by the head of the Bureau of International Policy in the Office of the President of Poland, Marcin Przydacz, after a meeting in Washington with US Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman and White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.
"As you know from President Biden himself, President Biden intends to come to Poland. Today's conversation was about these plans for the near future. Of course, the details of such a visit will be communicated when a specific date is determined, but today's conversation was a big step forward in the issue of intensifying meetings at the highest political level between our presidents," Pshidach said during a briefing with journalists in Washington. When asked whether Americans are tired of the war in Ukraine, Pshidach replied that "neither the State Department nor the National Security Council of the White House have seen such fatigue, on the contrary." He added that he saw "ideas, activity and sensitivity to our [Polish – ed.] ideas. We are united and will work to preserve Euro-Atlantic unity."
At the same time, the Polish media reports that Polish President Andrzej Duda, in response to a question about Biden's visit, said that "the American administration, the White House, are responsible for confirming such a visit. ... President [Biden] said that he will come to our part of Europe, so we expect that he will definitely come, but the detailed program of this visit will be announced by the American side."
On Friday, February 3, US Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman held a meeting with Poland's National Security Advisers, Marcin Przydacz and Jacek Siewera.

"The second topic [of discussion] is the situation in Ukraine itself, possible scenarios that Vladimir Putin may try to implement in the near future, his expected offensive. How to respond to this offensive, how Ukraine should respond, and how we, neighboring partner countries - we can help her," the head of the Bureau of International Policy in the Office of the President of Poland and adviser on national security Marcin Pshidach told journalists.
As reported by the Voice of America, a separate meeting in Washington was held by Marcin Przydacz, head of the International Policy Bureau in the Office of the President of Poland, and Jacek Siewera, head of the Polish National Security Bureau, with Jake Sullivan, the White House National Security Adviser.

As the Voice of America wrote , according to this media, the White House is considering several places for Biden's possible visit to Europe, including Poland. On January 30, the US president confirmed that he intends to visit Poland, but he does not yet know when exactly.
